Votes can be cast in the usual way by using the voting boxes in the ticket office and the club shop at Kingsholm.
Season Ticket Holders can vote using the slip on the last page of the season ticket booklet while 1873 Club members have been emailed a slip.
Collection Boxes will be available in all bars at the Exeter Chiefs match on Saturday 24th March 2012.
Collection points will be at the three entrance gates at the Newcastle Falcons match Saturday 14th April 2012
Votes need to be cast by Monday April 16th and the presentations will be following the Sale Sharks fixture on Saturday 21st April 2012.
