It will be a double Hartpury appearance at Twickenham in the AASE Rugby Trophy and the British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) Cup Finals.
Both are taking place today Wednesday 28th March and Hartpury will be hoping to add to their championship tally and finish off a successful rugby season.
The U18 1st XV are the only team to have won the AASE League Championship since its inception three years ago. They will face Henley College in what's sure to be a closely contested competition and Hartpury will be hoping to retain the trophy for a third time.
UWE Hartpury 1st XV faces reigning champions Durham University in their fourth British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) final.
They will be hoping to secure another Universities Championship victory after previously winning the title consecutively in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Reaching the finals is another measure of Hartpury's ability to develop talented young sportsmen and women to their full potential, at the same time as furthering their academic studies.
Phil de Glanville, Director of Elite Sport at Hartpury said:
"This is a wonderful achievement to have both teams in their respective finals, and caps off a very successful rugby season.
"Twickenham finals are very special occasions no matter what level you are playing at, and all the players will remember the experience for the rest of their lives.
"It is also a great credit to the coaching teams who have worked hard since pre-season training started back in July last year to get the teams to this position.
"Everything will be focused on the final for the next two weeks, some hard selection decisions will have to be made, and the games themselves will be very tough encounters. I wish both squads luck for their final preparations."
The BUCS Final kicks off at 3.00pm with the AASE Final immediately afterwards at 5.00pm. Tickets can be purchased from the Twickenham box office for a cost of just £5 for both games, and also includes the BUCS Women's Final between UWIC and Leeds Metropolitan Carnegie (K.O. 11.30am).
Support for the two teams is very much welcomed on what is a fantastic occasion for the College and an opportunity to create history.
For those who cannot travel to the match, the College will be running a live Facebook feed from the stadium on the Hartpury College RFC page with team news, score-by-score updates and all the other key events on the day: www.facebook.com/hartpurycollegerfc
