Last season Sport Relief was confirmed as Premiership Rugby's official charity.
"We are delighted that J.P. Morgan Asset Management has decided to make this donation and support Sport Relief," said Premiership Rugby Chief Executive Mark McCafferty.
"London Irish, Saracens, London Wasps and Harlequins threw down the challenge last Friday with 32 tries. It's now up to London Welsh, Northampton Saints, Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks to beat that total this Friday."
The cash donation will help the charity continue their great work in the UK and Overseas. In 2012, Sport Relief made a significant contribution to Premiership Rugby's award-winning social inclusion programme Hitz.
"J.P. Morgan Asset Management is really pleased to join the Premiership Rugby / Sport Relief Team for Change by donating £100 per try scored during the J.P. Morgan Premiership Rugby 7s Series," said Hetty Sowerby, Head of Sponsorship at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
"We can always guarantee fast, high scoring rugby at the 7s so we are looking forward to see how many tries are scored at Edgeley Park this Friday, which will mean a sizable donation to Sport Relief to support people living unimaginably tough lives."
The action will then move on to Kingsholm on Thursday July 26th when Gloucester host Bath Rugby, Exeter Chiefs and Worcester Warriors.
It promises to be a great evening of entertainment with entry free for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders.
Otherwise tickets, from as little as £5 per person, are available online by clicking HERE, by phone on 0871 871 8781 or in person at the Ticket Office at Kingsholm.
