The road is currently closed from the area outside the Club Shop towards Teague's Bar.
The works are planned to continue on a rolling basis and once the current area is completed the compound will move towards Gate 1 and then onto the junction with Denmark Road.
Drivers wishing to use the main club car park will not be able to gain access from the Estcourt Road Roundabout.
Vehicles will need to approach the Stadium from the City (A430 Gouda Way junction with Worcester Street) leading to Kingsholm Road.
Drivers approaching from the North will need to use London Road (A430) or St Oswald's Road (A417) to gain access to Gouda Way.
Bus services which would ordinarily stop outside the stadium on Kingsholm Road are currently suspended due to the works.
