Peter Buxton will skipper a side which features a number of players with significant first team experience all of whom looking to catch the eye in terms of first team selection.
The back line sees summer arrivals Rob Cook, Shane Monahan and Drew Locke all get a start with the experienced Tim Taylor pulling the strings at fly half.
Meanwhile, the pack is a mix of youth and experience with Buxton and Andy Hazell boasting more than 500 first team appearances between them alone, and a number of Gloucester's most promising youngsters.
