Leicester started off with a 47-14 defeat away at Northampton before following that up with a 45-23 victory over Newcastle.
The results leave Gloucester United second in the Northern Conference table on 9 points behind Northampton Wanderers on 10 points. Leicester are in third place with 5 points.
The game will kick off at 7:30pm and entrance to the game is free for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders.
Otherwise, it's £5 for adults and £1 for U16s with only the Mira Showers Stand open on the night - seating is unallocated.
