After featuring for the Gloucester Rugby first team in the Amlin Challenge Cup in Mont de Marsan last week, Ian Clark and Elliott Stooke both start.
They're joined by Billy Burns and Will Graulich who both started the Aviva Premiership A League win over Northampton Wanderers on Monday evening.
James Gibbons was on the bench that night and is also named among the Hartpury replacements.
Another regular for both Gloucester United and Hartpury this season, Ross Moriarty, picked up a knock against the Wanderers and is ruled out.
