Gloucester Rugby's very own Fijian international, Akapusi Qera, is not included as he focuses on his club commitments, but the Aviva Premiership has three representatives in the party with Josh Matavesi (Worcester Warriors), Vereniki Goneva (Leicester Tigers) and Ravai Fatiaki (Worcester Warriors) all included.
Also selected is an individual well known to Gloucester's Director of Rugby Nigel Davies - Scarlets prop Deacon Manu.
Male is yet to name his captain following the withdrawal due to injury of Netani Talei who skippered the side in the Pacific Nations Cup.
"Netani was earmarked to captain the side on the Europe tour, but now that he is injured I have to discuss with the management team who the best candidate is for captain," Male said.
"We have a few players in mind and they are Leone Nakarawa, Setefano Somoca and Deacon Manu that have shown good leadership skills in the past."
