As of 5:30pm on Friday, the pitch covers are almost clear of snow. Most of the snow has then been removed from the stadium.
However, to speed up the process, the snow on the Shed side of the ground has been shoveled over the advertising hoardings onto the concrete at the front of the Shed.
As a result, spectators will not be able to use the very front part of the Shed on Saturday afternoon. Stewards will be on hand to facilitate this and ensure spectator safety.
The walkway and terraced areas of the Shed will be available as normal. Given the predicted crowd for Saturday, this should pose minimal problems.

Also on Friday afternoon, the areas around the Ticket Office, entrances to the ground, turnstiles etc have been cleared of snow and gritted.
Following this sterling work throughout Friday, we remain confident that Saturday's game will kick off at 3pm as scheduled.
