Head Coach Rob Hunter said:
"We're all very excited about getting the competition underway, the lads have worked hard and we're looking forward to see them perform in the white jersey.
"It's great to have some local boys playing at Plymouth, I'm sure that they can't wait to get out there. We know that Scotland are well coached, well organised and highly motivated and it'll be a tough game."

Plymouth born Jack Arnott added:
"I'm really looking forward to playing in front of a home crowd - I've got some family coming down and I'm sure it'll be a great occasion. We're expecting a tough, physical game from Scotland but at the moment we're just concentrating on ourselves."
