It will be a regular weekly drop in event which will encourage new business relationships whilst enjoying a well-earned drink at the end of the day.
The Daffodil will delight us with occasional wine or food tastings, screen the last Gloucester Rugby game on the screens and provide a great venue for mixing and mingling with old/ new friends and acquaintances.
Gloucestershire County Chamber have joined forces with The Business Club, recognising that the best way to make new business contacts is by getting out in the community to meet them.
At the launch of this event there were over 120 businesses present, with a number of people unable to make that date really excited about the prospect of joining the Business Club on a subsequent Wednesday.
Angela Edwards, Business Development Manager at Gloucester Rugby had this to say:
"I came up with this idea after seeing how successful networking is on a match day at Gloucester Rugby. So much business is done on the back of people meeting at the rugby.
"I wanted to help stimulate local business by offering this type of opportunity on a weekly basis. I've seen it so many times when new people are introduced, and it leads to great new relationships and indeed new business.
"We decided to team up with The Daffodil, a successful local business, to offer something different and add to the portfolio of events we already do."
The Daffodil offers a great atmosphere and excellent service. The perfect venue to stimulate new business relationships.
As a Business Club member there will be many benefits, which include an exclusive offer on a Business Club lunch, buy one get one free!
