In order to make the allocation of tickets as fair and transparent as possible, the process outlined below has been drawn up.
From 12 noon on Thursday April 10th, eligible club members will be invited to apply for tickets.
In this instance, eligible club members are defined as follows:
• All Club members who have purchased membership for the 2014-15 season (season tickets and other memberships)
To apply for tickets, the application form, which can be downloaded HERE, should be completed in full and returned as soon as possible by email to RWCTickets@gloucesterrugby.co.uk or in person to the Gloucester Rugby Ticket Office at Kingsholm. (Hard copies will also be available from the Ticket Office at Kingsholm on the day of the Bath Rugby game - April 12th)
Correctly completed forms will then be entered into a ballot, and the contact details of those who are successful will be passed to ER 2015.
ER2015 will then contact those that have been successful with information on how they will be able to purchase tickets. A valid email address and internet access will be required to purchase tickets.
ER2015 will provide log in details for their RWC Ticketing website, www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com, to purchase tickets from May 16th to June 30th.
Tickets will go on general sale in September 2014 (date tbc).
