Rob Cook returns from playing for the Cornish Pirates over the weekend while Tommaso d'Apice makes his first start since signing a contract with Gloucester Rugby for the season.
The pack sees just the one change from the one that started at Worcester last week with Matt Cox coming in for Andy Hazell.
The game will kick off at 7:30pm and entrance to the game is free for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders.
Otherwise, it's £5 for adults and £1 for U16s with only the Mira Showers Stand open on the night - seating is unallocated.
