Tim Molenaar, Ian Clark, Tim Taylor and Dave Lewis were all members of the starting back line in Mont de Marsan.
In the pack, Yann Thomas and Peter Buxton both started the same game while Tommaso d'Apice, Dario Chistolini, Elliott Stooke and Gareth Evans all came off the bench.
Previously, only the Mira Showers Stand has been in use but, for this game, the Shed will also be open.
The game will kick off at 7:30pm and entrance to the game is free for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders.
Otherwise, it's £5 for adults and £1 for U16s. Seating in the Mira Showers Stand is on an unallocated basis.
