Gloucester Rugby Academy and the GRFU would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the players and parents for their efforts towards the U14 Schools of Rugby Group over the last couple of months.
Each player, regardless of the outcome of the selection for the continued squad will receive a letter via e mail with technical feedback before the end of this week, and informing them of the best way forward for them at this time.
The U14 age group is an early stage in the player development process, and we would like to encourage players that entry points to our EPDG groups remain ongoing.
The SOR training process is just one method in which we aim to monitor players' developments and efforts, alongside their existing club and school programmes.
