During that time, he has gained valuable playing experience at Cinderford and Hartpury RFC, as well as being a regular for the Gloucester United side in the Aviva Premiership A League.
2012-13 has also seen him make his bow for the first team, featuring in the LV= Cup fixtures against the Ospreys and London Welsh as well as the win over Fiji in the autumn.
However, he will now link up with the Pirates in a bid to get regular rugby at Championship level and it's a move that Gloucester's Director of Rugby Nigel Davies is right for Graulich.
"Will's a hard worker and a very talented player. But he now needs to be playing regular first team rugby at a good level to take his game to the next level.
"Next season will be crucial to his personal development, and the Pirates will be an ideal environment for him to work in.
"He's always given nothing less than his very best for Gloucester Rugby, and we wish him all the best for the future."
