The talented full-back, a former pupil at Millfield, signed his first professional contract with Gloucester in 2004.

Morgan has represented England at Under 19 level and during the 2007 Six Nations Championship made his debut against Scotland at full-back and later made a second appearance against Ireland.

His ability under the high ball and his gain line breaking are two of his very best attributes and he made the number 15 shirt his own in 2008-9 and was named in Sky Sports Dream Team for 2008-9.

Olly was named in the England 2009 summer squad for the matches against the Barbarians and Argentina and played a major part in Gloucester's 2010-11 campaign and picked up an LV= Cup winners medal.

Was enjoying a 2011-12 season for Gloucester and signed a new contract in November before a knee injury ended his season early. 

2012-13 has been a season of patient rehab for Olly and it remains to be seen whether he can return to playing action before the end of the season.
