Either half back position suits Dan Robson, who wears the No 9 jersey for England and switches to the No 10 shirt for Hartpury College, where he is studying for a BTEC in Sport.

Dan began playing at Stoke-on-Trent, his home city club, when five and he went on to captain sides there from U6 to U14. While attending Newcastle-under-Lyme High School, he led the U12 team through to U14.

Last July he went to South Africa with England U18 and played in all three matches, starting two at scrum half, when England competed in a four team tournament there.

Was part of the England U20 squad who won the 2011 Six Nations Grand Slam and who reached the final of the Junior World Cup. 

2011-12 saw him start to feature more regularly in the Gloucester Rugby first team squad while he was also part of the England U20s Six Nations and Junior World Cup squads.

Dan has become a first team regular in 2012-13, battling for the number nine jersey with Jimmy Cowan and caught the eye of the rugby media as one of the brightest prospects in English rugby.

Was voted Season Ticket Holders Young Player of the Season.
