The talented full-back, a former pupil at Millfield, signed his first professional contract with Gloucester in 2004.

Morgan has represented England at Under 19 level and during the 2007 Six Nations Championship made his debut against Scotland at full-back and later made a second appearance against Ireland, but being forced off with a shoulder injury. 

His ability under the high ball and his gain line breaking are two of his very best attributes and he made the number 15 shirt his own in 2008-9 and was named in Sky Sports Dream Team for 2008-9.

Olly was named in the England 2009 summer squad for the matches against the Barbarians and Argentina and signed a two year extension to his current contract in Spring 2010.
