The Daffodil will delight guests with occasional wine or food tastings, along with showing the re-run of the latest Gloucester Rugby game on the screens, and provide a great venue for mixing and mingling with old/ new friends and acquaintances.
Gloucestershire Chamber of Commerce and Brewin Dolphin, Investment Management and Financial Planning have also joined forces with us, recognising that the best way to make new business contacts is by getting out in the community to meet them.
Angela Edwards, Gloucester Rugby's Business Development Manager says:
"Having seen how successful networking on a match day at Gloucester Rugby is, I came up with this idea to help local business people meet with each other on a more regular basis.
"So much business is done on a match day at the club, so offering a regular weekly Business Club seemed the ideal way to help promote keeping it local. Yes, we are about the rugby, but today Gloucester Rugby plays a huge part in bringing the local business community together and helps facilitate new business relationships.
"I am very proud to be part of such a great organisation and look forward to welcoming you all and introducing you to new people."
Mark Stephens, Managing Director at The Daffodil says:
"As a keen rugby fan and Gloucester Rugby supporter, the new Business Club brings together two of my passions and builds on our existing business partnerships. I look forward to welcoming local businesses and to watching new networks grow in the relaxing surroundings of our mezzanine Circle Bar."
The exciting new business club will launch on Friday 22nd March, 4.00pm - 6.00pm, at The Daffodil with canapés and a glass of wine to celebrate what will be a fantastic weekly event.
Membership is free and you can join on the day. This is an invitation only event so please RSVP to angelaedwards@gloucesterrugby.co.uk if you wish to attend.
