Gloucester Rugby Lotto is the first of its kind to be offered among Aviva Premiership clubs and is operated in partnership with Lotto Network, a brand of lottery betting company MyLotto24 Ltd.
Following the success of English Premier League giants Arsenal Football Club, who launched a similar scheme with Lotto Network last year, expectations are high.
"We are delighted to be able to offer our fans the opportunity to win jackpot prizes twice a week, as well as raising valuable income for player, academy and community development," said Mike Turner, Commercial Manager at Gloucester Rugby.
Julian Morel, Head of Business Development for Lotto Network said, "We are very proud to partner with Gloucester Rugby to launch this initiative. The GR Development fund is an excellent way to generate money for the club and we look forward to the Gloucester Rugby Lotto contributing to the club's continued success."
Based on a familiar lottery format, the club invites supporters over the age of 18 to play every Wednesday and Saturday for huge jackpots expected to average £7.5 million. Players can sign up for single draws, or opt to subscribe, and can select six numbers from 1 to 49, plus a 'star number'.
Sign up for this Saturday's draw via gloucesterrugbylotto.co.uk for your chance to win an estimated £8.6m, plus other prizes, and help to shape the future of Gloucester Rugby.
