Developing Player Programme job opportunities with Gloucester Rugby Academy
9 July 2018
The Developing Player Programme is a developmentally focussed programme that allows stand out players from U13 to U16 the opportunity to receive added support with their Rugby development.
The programme which is run by the Gloucester Rugby Academy and supported by the RFU, Gloucestershire RFU and Oxfordshire RFU runs out of five Development Centres based around the Academy catchment area (North Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire).
The DPP is advertising three exciting new roles for the 2018/19 season. The new roles are designed to give coach development opportunities to those within the catchment area wanting to grow themselves as a coach and the opportunity to deliver to some exciting and talented players.
Although not every player that graduates through the Academy pathway starts in the DPP, it is however, seen as the first step on the developmental journey. These new roles will play an integral part of the future development and success of an already flourishing pathway.
To apply for the any of the three roles please send a brief CV to Academy Administrator Stephanie Dickson (firstname.lastname@example.org) that should include coaching experience, qualifications and reasons for joining the Developing Player Programme.
Interviews for the roles will be carried out during the Summer.
Role profiles are available to download below.
