Postponement of Gloucester Rugby fixtures until Monday 20 April – FAQs for Gloucester Rugby fans

Following the news yesterday from Premiership Rugby Limited (PRL) that the Gallagher Premiership Rugby season has been postponed for the next 4 rounds (until Monday 20 April), we wanted to publish the answers to some FAQs.

What home matches have been postponed during this period at Kingsholm?

  • Gloucester Rugby v Bristol Bears (Sat 28 March)
  • Gloucester Rugby v Leicester Tigers (Sun 19 April)
  • RAF v Army match (Sat 4 April)
  • No other Premiership Rugby Shield matches will take place before Monday 20 April.

What are the dates of the re-arranged postponed matches?

Currently the dates and kick off times of the postponed matches have not been decided.  Details of the amended dates will be communicated via the Gloucester Rugby channels when confirmed.

I have a 2019-20 Club Membership or 1873 Club Membership, how does this affect me?

Your Club Memberships and 1873 Club Memberships will be automatically valid for the rearranged matches, so you do not need to take any action.

I have hospitality bookings at Gloucester Rugby

Hospitality for all matches is also postponed until after Monday 20 April. Your hospitality booking will remain valid for the rearranged fixtures.

I have purchased tickets for the home fixtures at Kingsholm, if I can’t make the re-arranged date can I get a refund?

Your tickets will be automatically valid for the rearranged match, so you do not need to take any action.  However, if you would like a refund for your purchase please email  ticketoffice@gloucesterrugby.co.uk and in the subject line of your email please put the name of the match along with “Match Ticket Refund Request”.

In your email, please provide details of the name of the purchaser of the tickets, postcode, contact number, first line of address and the purchase reference number.  Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

Can I still buy tickets for matches after Monday 20 April?

Currently tickets for matches after this date will remain on sale although the dates of these fixtures are likely to change.

How do I get a refund for Gloucester Rugby away fixtures?

You need to contact the host club of the away fixture directly.
