2019-20 Club Member reimbursement form
We have today contacted Club Members via email to obtain their preferred reimbursement option. Please submit your decision by 5pm on Friday 14 August, otherwise your choice will default to option 1 automatically. You can also submit your option at the bottom of this page, if you haven’t yet been able to.
Please note, this is not for 1873 Club Members. Your 1873 Club Membership team will have been in touch with you. If you have not heard from our team, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
To remind you of your options, we have detailed them below.
Option 1 – Support your Club
Many of you have asked us how you could help the Club at this time. We have been touched by the thought and thank you for this consideration. If you are in a position to do so, and you would like to, you will have the option to donate to the Club.
If you choose this option, your investment will remain with the Club and will go towards our new training facility, full details of which will be revealed shortly. Your contribution to this exciting project will be recognised in a special commemorative area within the new facility where all the names of those who donated will be displayed.
Everyone who takes this option will receive an exclusive invitation to the opening of our new training facility (scheduled for next summer), when you will be able to see your name on display as well as being among the first to tour the new facilities.
You will also remain a 2019-20 Club Member, and given priority access to return to Kingsholm should we be able to welcome you back in the 2019-20 season.
Option 2 – Have a drink with us
You will have the option to add loyalty points to your Club Members card. You will be able to redeem these points at any bar on your next visits to Kingsholm Stadium.
You will also remain a 2019-20 Club Member, but should the opportunity to return to Kingsholm arise, priority will be given to those members who chose Option 1.
Option 3 – Refund
If you choose to have a refund, the Club will return the outstanding pro-rata balance to your account. This will be calculated and returned once the season has completed and we know how many matches you will have missed.
Please note, once you have selected option 3, you will no longer be a 2019-20 Club Member. This does not affect your 2020-21 Club Membership.
