Adjacency Recruitment teamed up with Gloucester Rugby last season to give advice and guidance to the players in the Gloucester Academy programme on preparing for life outside of rugby.

Gloucester Rugby is committed to seeing players succeed in all aspects of life, both on the rugby field and away from it, and the Adjacency partnership aligns perfectly with this vision.

Adjacency Recruitment is a leading privately owned, recruitment firm based in Cheltenham which offers its permanent and interim management solutions on a national basis.

Adjacency’s Miles Greenslade explained, “our involvement will be to partner the players to discover what routes could be available to them post professional sport.

"This will include helping them to translate the value of their playing and non-playing skillsets into a CV, sourcing work experience opportunities with relevant companies and holistic career counselling.

"This will prove advantageous in their careers and beneficial to their role as ambassadors for Gloucester Rugby, whilst strengthening the Club’s bond with the region’s business community.”
