Gloucester Rugby Foundation are hosting a free event for this year’s Time to Talk Day on Thursday 2 February at Kingsholm.

Join us and other local charities, including Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind, for the nation’s biggest mental health conversation!

Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change and save lives.

1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year. Too many of us are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed because of this. By talking about mental health we can bust myths and break down barriers.

Make time to talk – and make a difference.

The event will take place at Kingsholm Stadium in two time slots (10am-12:30pm & 12:30pm-3pm) where participants will be able to access information stalls from local services offering support and signposting, Free activities including, games, art, talking activities, a stadium tour and free refreshments.
