Gloucester Rugby is excited to announce that Kingsholm Stadium will host the England U20s v Italy U20s in the 2023 Six Nations on Friday 10 February (7pm KO).

Alan Dickens’ side will start their campaign against Scotland at the Twickenham Stoop before heading to Kingsholm the following week. The fourth-round clash with France will take place at the Recreation Ground in Bath.

England men’s U20 Head Coach, Alan Dickens, said: “We’re over the moon to be playing at such high-quality rugby grounds throughout our Under-20 Six Nations campaign, and we look forward to the support we’ll get from the clubs and their locals.

“It’s exciting to start the tournament at Twickenham Stoop, but equally it’s always a great experience to take games outside of London, especially to two historic grounds like The Rec and Kingsholm.”

Gloucester Rugby CEO, Lance Bradley, said: “We are delighted to be hosting the England U20s at Kingsholm during the 2023 Six Nations.

“Kingsholm is renowned for creating one of the best atmospheres in world rugby and following the huge success of our Red Roses fixture last season, we’re very excited to welcome an England team to Gloucester again.”

Following a disrupted fixture schedule, Gloucester Rugby is also pleased to confirm that this game will be included in the 2022-23 membership package for Box-holders, 1873 Members and Club Members at no extra cost. Ticketing details will follow in due course.

Tickets for this fixture will be on sale via Gloucester Rugby from Tuesday 25 October.
