Wales vs England

Wales won the Triple Crown with a 40-24 victory over England in a dramatic Six Nations encounter at the Principality Stadium on Saturday.

Louis Rees-Zammit played a key role for Wales, setting up his country’s second try as Liam Williams collected the ball to dot down for Wales.

Wales went into the changing room 17-14 up at half time thanks to an earlier try from Josh Adams and managed to extend their lead in the second half through further scores from Kieran Hardy and Cory Hill.

Jonny May played well for England and did little wrong throughout the game. Making 56 metres from seven runs, he was involved in a late foot race with his fellow Gloucester Rugby winger which saw the Englishman help stop the Welshman scoring, denying Rees-Zammit of a try.

What’s next?

It’s a week off from Six Nations action this weekend but the competition resumes on March 13th with Italy vs Wales and England vs France with Scotland vs Ireland on the 14th.
