Gloucester Rugby is sorry to share the news of the passing of long-term boxholder and partner, Rob Freeman.

Owner of Malvern Tyres, Rob has been a loyal supporter of Gloucester Rugby for many years having owned a hospitality box for over 10 years and increasing his support of Gloucester Rugby by sponsoring the Malvern Tyres Stand since the 2018-19 season.

“I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Rob’s sudden passing. Rob was a valued member of the Gloucester Rugby family and often spoke of times when he visited the stadium as a young child.

As we near the point of fans returning to Kingsholm, Rob’s presence in the stadium on matchday will be greatly missed.” said Gloucester Rugby’s Chief Executive Officer, Lance Bradley.

Our thoughts are with Rob’s family at this difficult time.
