Sports nutrition and supplement specialists Nutrition X have partnered with Gloucester Rugby for their second annual conference; a day of expert-led talks, advice and delicious food centred around the topic of nutrition strategies to maximise health and wellness in elite performance.

A day-long conference set to be held on March 25th 2020 at Kingsholm Stadium – Gloucester Rugby’s home ground – attendees will enjoy a series of talks from industry-leading experts, as well as a delicious food menu and innovative treats courtesy of Gloucester Rugby performance chef Will Carvalho and nutritionist James Hudson.
