Gloucester Rugby are delighted to confirm that Ollie Clements has joined the management team at Kingsholm.

Ollie joins the team at Kingsholm after spreading joy to our supporters during his cameo appearance before our game with Saracens in February.

His new role at Gloucester Rugby is to continue the legacy he has begun – working closely with Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Vaughan, Ollie will be focussing on improving the level of happiness amongst the club and our supporters.

Before being lured in by another episode Blaze and Monster Machines, Ollie commented on his first day at the club.

“One of my first priorities was to meet the staff, and primarily meet with Stephen (Vaughan). The next will to be to assess where we are on the happiness scale (0 to Disneyland).

“We’ve got great staff here, some really good people who are enthusiastic, but I will introduce apple juice breaks, and afternoon naps to really push us up that scale.

“I have already started meeting with fans to spread happiness. Though, most fans seem very positive currently.”

Stephen Vaughan, CEO at Gloucester Rugby was delighted to welcome Ollie on board.

“Ollie has all the attributes we were looking for in our search for a Happiness Consultant. We feel we are in a good place as a club and we want to continue growing and developing a positive culture here at Kingsholm.

“Due to the importance of this role, I will be giving up my office to make sure we can accommodate a soft-play area for Ollie to welcome colleagues and supporters.

“Needless to say, this has been a global search, where we have received CV’s from across the world, however Ollie’s enthusiasm was unrivalled.”
