Sean Lynn has named an exciting blend of experience and youth in Gloucester-Hartpury's matchday 23 to face DMP Durham Sharks in Darlington tomorrow.

After suffering their first league defeat of the season at home to Saracens last weekend, Lynn's side will be looking to get back to winning ways against the Sharks.

USA international Maya Learned and Wales' Sisilia Tuipulotu are the starting props, with Neve Jones at hooker.

Sam Monaghan is given the captaincy in the absence of co-captains Zoe Aldcroft and Mo Hunt. Monaghan is partnered with fellow Ireland international Ciara Cooney in the second-row.

Connie Powell and Kelsey Jones start on the flanks, with Steph Else packing down at the back of the scrum.

Bianca Blackburn and Lleucu George are the half-back pairing to take on DMP.

Tat Heard, who was one of nine Gloucester-Hartpury players selected for the Red Roses' Six Nations squad yesterday, starts with Sophie Bridger in midfield.

Liv Jones, Pip Hendy and Mia Venner complete the starting team.

On the bench, Amy Dale, Ranni Samuda, Abbey Constable, Lola Whitley and Jordan Russell cover the forwards, with Mo Hunt, Lizzie Goulden and Sophie Tandy on standby for the backs.
