Gloucester Rugby flyer Ollie Thorley has been tearing it up in recent weeks, with a number of barnstorming performances, which have seen him named on the 8-man shortlist for the November Player of the Month.

This season is shaping up to be the most competitive yet with just nine points separating Wasps in fourth and Newcastle Falcons in 12th. And while Saracens have won nine from nine and sit pretty atop the table, there is still plenty to play for all 12 Gallagher Premiership Rugby stars.

The fast-paced action continued in rounds seven, eight and nine with a number of individuals standing out for their respective clubs, leading to a final shortlist of seven being named:

Alex Dombrandt - Harlequins

Faf de Klerk – Sale Sharks

Alex Lozowski – Saracens

Harry Thacker – Bristol Bears

Ollie Thorley – Gloucester Rugby

The usual panel of nine judges remain - Nick Mullins (BT Sport), Alastair Eykyn (BT Sport), Mick Cleary (The Daily Telegraph), Sarah Mockford (Rugby World), Jonny Fordham (The Sun), Robert Kitson (The Guardian), Chris Jones (BBC 5 Live), David Rogers (Getty Images) and Tom Hamilton (ESPN) with Premiership Rugby Communications Director Paul Morgan acting as chair - but this season the public will act as a tenth judge.

Your vote and those from the other nine judges will then be tallied to reveal the winner each month.
