Gloucester Rugby duo Stephen Varney and Chris Harris are set to be involved for their nations again this weekend, after both playing in the opening round last weekend. There is a welcome return to international action for back-row Jake Polledri in the Italy squad.

Harris came off the bench at Twickenham as his Scotland side retained the Calcutta Cup against rivals England. He's among the replacements again tomorrow when they welcome Wales to Murrayfield.

Welshman Louis Rees-Zammit will not feature for the visitors, despite being declared fit after overcoming an injury sustained in the Cherry & Whites Gallagher Premiership clash at Leicester Tigers on Christmas Eve.

Varney played 74 minutes for Italy on Sunday, as they were edged out by France.

He wears the number nine shirt again for the Azzurri on Sunday when they face England at Twickenham, with both sides searching for their first win of the tournament.

Jake Polledri is poised for his first international appearance in three years, after overcoming a significant knee injury sustained whilst in international action. He is among the replacements for Italy at Twickenham.

Centre Giorgi Kveseladze is also involved in international action this weekend. His Georgia team take on the Netherlands in the Rugby Europe Championship.

Closer to 'Holm, there are four Cherry & Whites in action for England U20s against Italy at Kingsholm this evening.

Josh Hathaway scored a hat-trick in their opening game of the competition last week, and he retains his place in the starting XV, alongside fellow Gloucester Rugby Academy players Archie McArthur, Finn Theobald-Thomas and Danny Eite.
