When Karen Harrington joined Gloucester Rugby as a receptionist in 2017 it was her first job after caring for her disabled daughter, but it turned out she’d still be looking after those young at heart when joining the Club.

Gloucester born and bred, Shaun Bullock grew up watching Gloucester Rugby games from the bench at the old Grandstand. A true Cherry and Whites fan, Shaun yearned to be part of the club and at 11 years old started helping around the grounds on the weekend.

As Performance Chef, Will Carvalho is in charge of fueling the Gloucester Rugby team players. To Will, the players are like Formula 1 racing cars, they need a well-oiled engine and different players need different fuel. The training and conditioning for each player is intense and Will believes ‘food is mood’ and quality food makes all the difference.

Joel joined Gloucester Rugby as a part-time employee in the ticket office and has worked his way to Operations Supervisor. He commends the club for encouraging him to pursue his acting career and allowing him the freedom to take extended time off.

Lisa is Head of Housekeeping at Gloucester Rugby. Working within the operations department she has a variety of duties, you could find her running the housekeeping team, tending to the grounds, painting or sitting on reception.

Tim grew up supporting Gloucester Rugby. A loyal season ticket holder with his family and friends, Tim spent most weekends cheering on the Cherry & Whites from the stands.
