“You can’t beat being out on the pitch in the sunshine”
From a young age Jerome always dreamed of being in the Army. While waiting to turn 18 and enlist, Jerome took a part-time position at Gloucester Rugby. Little did he know, five and a half years later he would be Gloucester Rugby’s Deputy Grounds Man.
Jerome credits his career progression to Gloucester Rugby. At the Club, he found his calling and to this day wakes up every morning looking forward to going to work. The tight-knit team are always there to help each other and Jerome now considers them family.
For Jerome, the highlights of the job are receiving compliments on the pitch and seeing his hard work pay off on the television.
