Into Touch is a men’s well-being & physical activity programme for 18-65(+) year old males. The project was launched in 2020.
Into Touch is in partnership with Gloucestershire CCG and ‘We can Move’ Active Gloucestershire.
The project will deliver sessions per week through a rolling ‘fixture’ programme from the Kingsholm Stadium Community Hub as well as delivery within community rugby union club venues across the County; including Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury & Cheltenham.
This satellite approach is crucial in ensuring as many men as possible can access the intervention within Gloucestershire. Rugby union clubs are real community anchors and offer a unique, non-clinical venue for sessions to take part in.
