Mixed Ability Rugby sessions will enable people over the age of 16 to play in the same team regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
Mixed Ability Rugby is a perfect way for players of all abilities, disabilities – be it mental or physical – to get involved in the sport and give it a go.
The sport provides a new set of rules for contact and non-contact players, giving every participant the chance to develop new skills, learn about rugby’s CORE values and make new friends in a relaxed and sociable environment.
For anyone interested in joining the team or would simply like more information, please do not hesitate to contact Kelsey Jones, our Lead Participation Officer on [email protected].
