Gates open two hours pre kick-off.

Happy Hour runs for the first hour from gates opening for general admission.  £3 a pint – available on Greene King IPA and Stowford Press.


The Fanzone (near Gate 1) features different activities for fans to take part in. Head here for family fun games, live music and our resident face painter (Saturday matches only) and enjoy the pre-match build up.

Also, look out for Kingsley our mascot around the ground!

Take part and win Approximately 15 mins before kick-off (at 2.45pm for a 3pm kick-off), supporters in the Speedy Skips Stand Terrace have the chance to catch a ball from a player and take part in the Hit The Bar Challenge at half-time presented by A-Plan.

Approximately 10 minutes before kick-off (at 2.50pm before a 3pm kick-off), supporters in the Stowford Press Stand are invited to keep an eye on the roving camera, and one lucky winner will win a pint of Stowford Press for their whole row!

Mitsubishi Moment

Collecting your tickets

If you have chosen to collect your tickets from Kingsholm Stadium on the match day, please head to the Ticket Collection Booth, which is situated to the left of the Ticket Office outside the Malvern Tyres Stand, and can be accessed via the Kingsholm Stadium Car Park. This will be open 3 hours before kick-off.

If you would prefer to collect your tickets ahead of match day, this can be done by visiting the Gloucester Rugby Ticket Office. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Will my tickets be posted to me?

If you have purchased your tickets within 72 hours of the match, they will not be posted and will be available for collection from the Stadium.

Tickets not arrived?

If you were expecting to receive your tickets by post but they have not arrived by the time you set off for Kingsholm Stadium, please visit the Ticket Office situated in the Malvern Tyres Stand when you arrive and our Ticket Office can organise for your tickets to be re-printed (fees may apply).


How to connect to our super-fast Wi-Fi

To get access to our super-fast stadium Wi-Fi, make sure that you download the Gloucester Rugby App from App Store or Google Play Store!

The App includes – Ref Link; SwipeStation where you can pre order your drinks at the stations situated in the Shogun and Lions Den bars; Our podcast The Podding Shed; Quiz “Game of Holms” – where you have opportunity to win some great prizes!

Also in the app, vote for your Stowford Press Man of the Match and you can order your favourite Gloucester Rugby merchandise directly from our app.

Important – If you have already downloaded do make sure you update the app as new features may have been added.



The Stowford Press Stand has a number of front row spaces with the ability for a helper to sit alongside a wheelchair user.

The South (Malvern Tyres) Stand also has front row spaces with a helper alongside. It also has eight spaces on a high viewing platform, again with the ability for a helper to sit alongside.

Accessible Toilets:

Stowford Press Stand spectators can use the disabled toilets at the East End of the South (Malvern Tyres) Stand located opposite the side entrance to the club shop. Malvern Tyres Stand spectators can use the toilets on all levels of the stand using lifts if necessary. Stewards are present to assist and direct if required.

Stadium Map & best way to enter Kingsholm

Our main reception is at the rear of the main stand off the car park, alongside our shop and our ticket office (Gate 2).

If your tickets are in the Stowford Press Stand (Block A, B or C) or the Greene King IPA Shed, please enter the stadium via Gate 1 accessed on Kingsholm Road.

If your tickets are in the Stowford Press Stand (Block, D, E or F) or the Malvern Tyres Stand (Block G,H,J, K, L or M) or the Speedy Skips Stand (Terrace) please enter the stadium via Gate 2 accessed on Kingsholm Road.

If your tickets are in the Malvern Tyres Stand (Block N, P, Q, R or S) or the Speedy Skips (Terrace) please enter the stadium via Gate 3 accessed via the Car Park / Deans Walk entrance.

Food & Drink


We have a wide variety of food to suit all supporters at Kingsholm Stadium thanks to our Catering Partners Freemans Event Partners. Check back 48 hours before the game for the exact food offering at each match.

·       At Gate 1, take advantage of the Gourmet Burger Van, West Cornwall Pasty and Woodfired Pizza and Freshly ground Coffee & Crepes and outside the Lion’s Den, head to the Lavazza Coffee cup

·       At Gate 2, head to the Gourmet Burger Unit, Brackhurst Gourmet Sausage and Lavazza Coffee, and at Gate 3, enjoy some Traditional Hog Roast. In the Shogun Bar, visit West Cornwall Pasty Bar.

·       If the thought of Artisan sausages and slow-cooked, tender pulled pork makes your mouth water, look no further than Hog Roast at Gate 3, serving top-quality locally produced pork and sausages from the Gloucester Sausage Company!

By bus

Gloucester Bus Station is a short walk from Kingsholm stadium, roughly 5 – 10 minutes and there are many bus routes that run to Kingsholm.

By train

There is an excellent service from Gloucester with regular trains to the all parts of the country. The station is less than a 10 minute walk from Gloucester Rugby.

Come out of the station, turn right and follow the road towards Kingsholm from where signposts will lead you to the ground.


By car

Kingsholm Stadium’s postcode is GL1 3AX and is located approximately a 10 minute drive away from the M5 junction 11.

There is no parking available at the Stadium and please note that the Tesco’s Park and Ride is no longer available.
