Your ticket will be issued as an eTicket unless you specify that you would like it to be posted or collected. 

Collecting your tickets

If you have chosen to collect your tickets from Kingsholm Stadium on the match day, please head to the Ticket Collection Booth, which is situated to the left of the Ticket Office outside the Malvern Tyres Stand, and can be accessed via the Kingsholm Stadium Car Park. This will be open 3 hours before kick-off.

If you would prefer to collect your tickets ahead of match day, this can be done by visiting the Gloucester Rugby Reception. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

Will my tickets be posted to me?

If you have requested that your tickets be posted to you, they will be sent within 5 days of the ticket purchase. If you have purchased your tickets within 72 hours of the match, they will not be posted and will be available for collection from the Stadium.

Tickets not arrived? 

If you were expecting to receive your tickets by post but they have not arrived by the time you set off for Kingsholm Stadium, please visit the Ticket Office situated in the Malvern Tyres Stand when you arrive and our Customer Experience team can organise for your tickets to be re-printed. 

When is the ticket office open?
