Gloucester Rugby Foundation seeks Volunteer Trainee Junior Coaches
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable young people to join our Gloucester Rugby Foundation Coaching Academy.

Are you committed to the game of rugby, can you be self-motivated to achieve and have the drive to get the best out of others?

Working with our team of coaches you will be expected to assist with the coaching of young people from across our county, schools and clubs.

There will be a minimum expectation for you to attend match days, camps and festivals to enhance your skill level and represent the Foundation.

The right candidate will need to show commitment and flexibility and be energized to drive their own development. In return you will receive expert knowledge and experience in coaching, the opportunity to attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, Gloucester Rugby kit and the potential to progress within our Foundation Coaching Team to Junior Coach.

Applicants must be in school years 10,11 or 12 and be available to complete the role for up to 24 months.
