Gloucester Rugby v London Irish | All you need to know

We take on London Irish in the penultimate home game of the 2020-21 season on Friday 28 May, kick off 7.45pm.

For the first time this year, Kingsholm Stadium will welcome fans back. Below is all the matchday information you will need if you are one the lucky few.


Your Ticket Information

Supporters who have been successful in the ballot for the London Irish match will now have been sent their [email protected] ticket. If you have not received your ticket, please log in to your ticket account HERE and check the email address that we have on file is correct.

Please also check your junk folder – the print at home ticket has been sent from [email protected] 

If you have not received your London Irish [email protected] ticket, please email [email protected].

It is important you print your ticket onto an A4 piece of paper as unfortunately, we are unable to scan your ticket on a mobile device. Do not print multiple tickets on one page.


Before you arrive at the ground

Everyone who is attending is required to read the matchday code of conduct ahead of attending Kingsholm Stadium.

By attending the stadium, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the code of conduct and will abide by protocols in place at the ground.


When You arrive at the ground

Upon arrival, you will be required to complete the NHS Track & Trace. If you do not have a smart phone, please visit the ticket office on your arrival who can complete this on your behalf.

Please find below your allocated arrival time. These times have been issued based on the stand/block your ticket has been allocated in. It is essential that you stick to the slot you have been allocated in order for us to ensure that social distancing is maintained outside the stadium. If you arrive outside of your time slot, we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted.

Please note, there is no parking or park and ride available so please allow plenty of time for your journey.


Food and Drink

Food and drink can be purchased from the bars and concession stands. Please ensure you adhere to the queue management instructions.

Please note, all payments will be contactless please do not bring cash to the stadium as we are unable to accept this.


Stowford Press Golden Apple

Stowford Press will be running a brand new competition at half time for those of you in the Stowford Press Stand and the Malvern Tyres Stand, called the Golden Apple. 

Stick around in your seat and you will be in with a chance of winning a signed shirt and a case of Stowford Press.


At the end of the game

At the end of the game, you must stay seated until directed to leave by a steward.

To ensure that we can keep everybody safe when leaving Kingsholm, there will be a phased exit to the stadium. Please stay in your seat and look to your nearest steward for further instruction. 

Please note, we will not be able to welcome supporters to stand alongside the pitch at the end of the game during this time. 

We understand that this may be frustrating, but we appreciate your support and understanding to ensure that we can continue to welcome supporters back to Kingsholm, and promote a safe experience for everybody. 

The experience is going to be a bit different to what we’re all used to due to social distancing protocols, but we hope that you will be able to see past the restrictions to enjoy being able to watch Gloucester Rugby again.
