Tatyana started playing rugby at Malton and Norton RUFC when she was 11 years old after watching her brother play there.
When she was no longer able to play alongside the boys, she played for West Park Leeds before going to study at Hartpury College at 16. After three years at Hartpury, Tatyana went to Cardiff Metropolitan University and studied Sports Conditioning, rehabilitation and massage.
Once she graduated in 2017, she moved back to the area and now studies for an MSc in Sports Therapy at the University of Gloucestershire and this is her second season with Gloucester-Hartpury.
She won her first England caps in the 2018 Autumn internationals and, in January 2019, it was confirmed that she was selected for the 2019 EPS squad and awarded a full-time contract.
