Josh Gray is another successful Academy graduate who was part of the U18 Gloucester Rugby side that went on to the final of the U18 Premiership Rugby Academy League.
Gray has a handful of caps for England at both U18 and U20 level and made his Gloucester Rugby debut against Saracens at the age of 19 years and 50 days, the youngest back-row player and second youngest forward to play for Gloucester Rugby.
His first try for Gloucester Rugby is one that will go down in Cherry and White history. He kicked the ball past Henry Slade and then ran around him, collected the ball and dotted down to score!
In the 2020/21 season, Gray started in the Cherry and Whites’ Champions Cup fixture against Lyon.
