With Gloucester having successfully booked their place in the final thanks to the 29-18 win over Cardiff Blues on Sunday, the club will start to process ticket applications from Monday.
It is anticipated that Gloucester's supporter allocation for the final will be just under 4,000 tickets and this obviously means that there will be insufficient supply to meet season ticket holder demand.
Accordingly, Gloucester Rugby has decided that the best approach is to initially make one ticket for the final available to each season ticket holder following a ballot.
To take part in the ballot, season ticket holders will have to return voucher 38 from their season ticket booklet to the Ticket Office at Kingsholm on Tuesday March 16th. Please note this new date - we will accept vouchers received in Tuesday's post to give our season ticket holders time to post their vouchers first class on Monday.
Voucher 38 will have to have all the personal and payment details completed in full in order for the voucher to be entered into the ballot.
The club allocation includes gold, silver and bronze category tickets priced at £25 and £20 for adults and £10 for juniors.
For season ticket holders who cannot make their way to Kingsholm in person, the Ticket Office will accept postal applications as long as voucher 38 is included.
For supporters who wish to apply as a group in order to be seated together, please staple together the relevant vouchers.
In the unlikely event that any unsold tickets remain, they will go on sale to season ticket holders from 1pm on Wednesday March 17th and on general sale from 9am on Thursday March 18th.
Any unsold tickets by 12 noon on Thursday will then have to be returned.
For successful applicants, tickets will be posted first class at close of business from Tuesday March 16th.
