Pictured is Greg on the cross trainer whilst Dave Attwood, never one to shirk the hard yards, elected to take on the rowing machine to make his contribution.
After completing their mile, with ease of course (!), the Gloucester Rugby stars signed autographs and met staff as they were accosted by various company departments, relieving them of their hard earned cash!
It was of course all done with a smile on their faces and with the promise that it was 'all for a very good cause'.
Over £500 was raised in total as the allpay staff managed over 500 miles in the gym where they were sponsored at 50p per mile plus £250 raised from all their other fundraising efforts.
