If the 23 year-old comes on as a replacement it'll be his first full England cap after impressing at both England 'A' and Sevens level.
"I thought I would be one of the eight going home on Wednesday. If I get the chance I will take it and try and play my game. I will be very excited but nervous as well."
Forrester has been battling it out with Adam Balding this season for the starting number eight shirt at Gloucester.
"It's been a mixed season. I haven't played as much rugby as I would have liked so it has been a bit frustrating so maybe I can turn it around and have a good end to the season."
The Gloucester Academy product knows that Wales will be a massive challenge after recent impressive performances, and he's looking forward to his first test at the Millennium Stadium.
"They played really well in the Autumn with some great rugby to watch and we are looking forward to the challenge. I have never been to the Millennium Stadium but I believe the noise is incredible."
