Mark Cornwell, currently in his testimonial year with the Club, returns to the bench after missing the last six weeks with a neck injury.
Terry Fanolua is named on the bench after missing last weekend's clash with Newcastle through injury, with James Forrester continuing in the centre, after his two-try performance on Sunday.
Director of rugby Nigel Melville and coach Dean Ryan are still missing a number of key players with Jon Goodridge (shoulder), Phil Vickery (arm), Marcel Garvey (elbow), Olly Morgan (hamstring), Chris Fortey (ankle), James Parkes (wrist), Jake Boer (hand), Andy Hazell (head), Simon Amor (shoulder) and Henry Paul (knee), all ruled out.
Looking back at previous encounters between the two sides, Melville said: "The previous two games between us this season have been very close. We've come through a tough season and there is something to play for on Saturday."
There will be a limited number of tickets available for sale at Twickenham on Saturday for the Zurich Premiership final games.
Ticket prices are £40 for adults, £20 juniors (15 and below), £25 adults, £12 juniors. 65,000 tickets have been sold, ensuring that the match will be watched by a record crowd.
Supporters purchasing tickets on the day are advised to arrive at the stadium at least two hours prior to the kick off.
