Georgia's visit to Gloucester is one of two fixtures next month. They will also face Oxford University at Iffley Road on Monday, March 28.
"Georgian rugby is a bit like Gloucester of old - big men who love the physical confrontation and have a great attitude for the game - so I hope the Gloucester public will like what they see and get behind the fact it is a great honour for our players to be at Kingsholm," Caskie said.
"It is a great opportunity for our players to experience a stadium like Kingsholm in the build up to Rugby World Cup. Georgian rugby is developing all the time and one of the goals of the management team is to plan and build for the future - to create an infrastructure of players that can sustain Georgian rugby for a long time - this game represents an opportunity to do that.
"It is a great honour for me to be involved with Georgia and this game against the Army should be a great advert for how rugby should be played - the fact the game is at Kingsholm makes it an extra bit special for me."
Alongside backs coach Caskie, Georgia have assembled an experienced coaching team that also includes defence coach John Muggleton, who masterminded Australia's Rugby World Cup victory in 1999 and Michael Bradley, who won 44 caps for Ireland and is former coach of the Ireland A side.
The majority of Georgia's top players - David Khinchagishvili, Goderdzi Shvelidze, Akvsenti Giorgadze, David Zirakashvili, Lasha Malaguradze and David Kubriashvili are based with top clubs in France.
The Army could include former Gloucester utility back row Apo Satala in their ranks.
Chris Fowke, Army Rugby Secretary said:
"This is the first international opposition the Army will face in 6 years and it is a great honour especially considering many of the team will be returning from operational commitments in Afghanistan."
"The Army play in the International Defence World Cup in October which runs alongside the RWC in New Zealand and Australia. To play Georgia, who face England in the main event is a great honour."
Pete Grzonka, Head of Sales and Marketing for Gloucester Rugby added:
"It is great to continue our relationship with the British Armed Forces. Following on from the Combined Services in November, hosting the Army against a team that will face England in this summer's RWC is a great honour.
"Discounted tickets for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders and Armed Forces card holders should hopefully make this another fantastic event at Kingsholm."
