The most prominent change being in the front row with captain Deacon Manu rested giving young Waisea Daveta an opportunity to prove himself at the highest level.
"Deacon's actually picked up an ear infection over the week and has been in quite a bit of pain," Domoni said.
"Hopefully it's nothing serious but we're just being precautious and want to ensure he's back to his very best before putting him back onto the field."

In Manu's absence England-based Akapusi Qera takes over the captain's role for the first time.
"Qera is one of the senior players in the side and his commitment to the cause has always been considerable and he certainly earns the respect of his peers which is why he was given the captaincy."
Other changes in the starting XV see's Netani Talei replacing Dominiko Waqaniburotu at number six while Michael Tagicakibau and Ravai Fatiaki get a run with Adriu Delai and the tough tackling Seremai Bai rested.
